Refund Policy

Application Fee is non-refundable in any condition.
Confirmation/Registration amount is non-refundable in any condition.
No disputes regarding refunds will be entertained on the fees are paid, expect only for special cases.

Technical Issue: In case of certain technical issue, the payment may be deducted from the payer’s account but may not show in our Official Account. In such cases, the payment gateway service may clearly mention the confirmed settlement after our Official Account receives the payment. Hence, we manually submit the payment in our Official Account. It should take 7-10 working days for the Payment to be credited in our Official Account.
Multiple Payments Case: If double payment happens and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, the Institute will refund the excess payment after the Official Account receives the amount. The back payment might take 7-10 working days or we can adjust it to the next month’s fee as per Payer’s request/consent.
Other Payments Case: In all other cases where there is a discrepancy in the fee paid/unpaid, the parents/students have to directly contact the Accounts Department in the Main Campus Office and thus their decision shall be final.
